Shrimp-saffron corn soup drizzled with
citron oil and micro cilantro

Mussels

Steamed mussels in a fennel-lemon broth,
served with grilled garlic braed

Salad

Baby arugula, oranges, grapefruit and apples drizzled with a
citron oil and balsamic reduction

(choice of one of two entrees listed below)

Costillas de Ternera

Herb marinated Rack of Lamb served with a cauliflower-squash puree
and carmelized brussel sprouts topped with fried leeks and
served with a red wine reduction

or 

Pescado

Seared Chilean Sea bass with an asparagus-shrimp assents polenta,
served in a saffron butter sauce and topped with
an apple-fennel slaw

Fresas

Chocolate covered strawberries and vanilla
mascarpone creme fraiche
